Introducing the Furburgers
Well, if you actually take the time to hear any of our songs, you might think that we're just a bunch of suburban kids screwing around. Well, you're right! At least that's what we were. But what the hell, music to some is noise to others. And our music is noise to most. But we sure had fun!

In the year 2000, a box was delivered to two Furburgers members in San Francisco by Michelle Nelson (former groupie). It was a shoe box taped shut with the words "Time Capsule: Do not open until 2000." Since it was that year, we opened it and found loads of cassette tapes. Among these tapes were some of the earliest recordings of our beloved band. Soon after, the hunt was on for the remaining archives. And the result is the compilation album above. All the material on "Eat Me" was found in various boxes/attics/seat cushions by other Furburgers members. And the legend is brought back to life...

Music Style:
Offbeat, Lo-Fi, Spinal-Tap-ish garage stuff of dubious value. Masters of two-chord rock dissonance.

Musical Influences:
Anything and everything. We are a musical garbage disposal. Yum!!

Similar Artists:
No self-respecting artist would want to be compared to us. Trust us.

Artist History:
1986-1988: Messed around in Warren's garage, early material never saw light of day.
1988-1991: Ivan joins, actually start writing halfway decent songs but our equipment still sucks.
New Year's Eve 1990: Our first and last live performance at a New Year's Party. Performed for 30 people.
1992: Because of the scattering of band members across the country, Furburgers output diminishes. Band goes on indefinite hiatus in 1993. Shortly after most of the members graduated from Sunny Hills High School, the school was placed from that point forward on Newsweek's Top 100 list of public high schools in the United States. Coincidence?
